Happy Hall-OLW-een

Baking for Halloween on Sunday felt like Christmas baking had started very early. Incredible but true, it was snowing outside! It just looked beautiful out this morning. I also learned that being disorganised and running out of flour, of all things, is not all bad. Half of the flour was substituted for coconut and the marshmallow topping was then changed to a lemon one, while we were at it.





The owls all found a new home with lovely friends. Even though my best friend's comment was a little scary, as she yelled excitedly: "What lovely rabbits!"
